For an additional $10, avoid going out by opting for shipping via Purolator (or another mail carrier). To return or exchange your Classy rental items, follow these steps:
STEP 1
Place the items to be returned or exchanged in the Classy corrugated box. *
When?
For a rental return : within 24 working hours following your event.
For an exchange: as soon as possible after receiving your rental outfit so we can send you your replacement items in time.
*Don’t have a Classy box? Use any box large enough to fit all your items.
STEP 2
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the box.
Check your email. If the prepaid label is not in your inbox or spam folder, contact us.
STEP 3
Request that the mail courier collects the box from your home or work.
